Terms & Conditions 2023 for Guided Public Tours
General Conditions:
· The language of the Tour is English or Finnish, unless otherwise stated.
· Business languages are Finnish, English, Swedish and German
· Evenio Oy is liability insured. Participants are recommended to have their own insurances
· Appropriate shoes and weather-appropriate equipment are recommended for participants
Booking and Payment Terms:
· The Product Specific Terms and Conditions are based on Evenio’s General Terms and conditions: https://www.evenio.fi/fi/termsconditions
· The reservation is binding, and these terms and conditions shall be valid and binding on both parties after a customer confirms a reservation. The Client has to inform Evenio of reservation cancellations.
· The participation fee is charged according to the reservation made
· When a reservation is confirmed by a Client, a confirmation of the booking is sent via email to her/him, and all details of the reservation can be seen on the confirmation
General Cancellation Terms:
· Evenio oy reserves the right to cancel the service due to illness or other "Force Majeure" reasons. This entitles the paying customer to a full refund.
· No refund in case of no show
There are 3 Product Specific Cancellation Terms:
Product description: a guided walking / bicycle tour
· If the Client cancels participation at least 2 days before the start of the Tour, 100% of the participation fee will be refunded.
· If the participant cancels his participation 2-0 days before the start of the Tour, 0% of the price will be refunded.
Product description: a guided tour by bus
· If the Client cancels participation at least 14 days before the start of the Tour, 100% of the participation fee will be refunded.
· If the participant cancels their participation 13-8 days before the start of the Tour, 50% of the price will be refunded.
· If the participant cancels his participation 7-0 days before the start of the guide, 0% of the price will be refunded.
Product description: a guided tour on a cruise ship & a museum visit included
· If the Client cancels their participation at least 21 days before the start of the Tour, 100% of the participation fee will be refunded
· If the Client cancels their participation at least 21 days, but more than 15 days before the start of the Tour, 50% of the price will be refunded.
· If the Client cancels his/her participation at least 14 days, but more than 0 days before the start of the Tour, 0% of the price will be refunded.
